Personal Trainer Package sessions incorporate the five (5) main components of fitness.
(1) Nutrition
(2) Muscles Strength
(3) Muscle Endurance
(4) Flexibility
(5) Cardiovascular Conditioning
Your trainer will sit down with you to assess your current fitness level, eating habits and noteworthy physical challenges if any, to determine what changes could be made to achieve the desire fitness goal.
Then a comprehensive plan will be formulated towards achieving the set goal.
The training routine will endure the components of muscle strength, muscle endurance and cardio vascular conditioning are activated. The session will end with a 15 minutes passive stretching session which is the Hallmark of a FIT PT session.
