Certified Fitness Trainers
Our staff includes certified trainers and therapists as needed.
We're here to listen, to help you set realistic goals, and to set up a program which is fun and beneficial. In our Studio, we offer an array of Aerobic classes for all levels of fitness such as HITT training, calisthenics, dance aerobics, power yoga, fitness yoga and outdoor boot camp training on our new built obstacle course. Massage, and Physical Therapy are available as well.
It's not just a place to workout. It's a place to talk before, reflect after, relax, consult with our staff, and enjoy the company of others in the context of fitness and wellness. Stop by for a tour, a test run, or just to get a feel for the place and the people!
F.I.T. Wellness Center is located conveniently in RAM's Plaza, above the grocery store. There's ample parking so that you can plan your training and shopping together.
